Our company has achieved the Certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.

That has involved and involves a remarkable engagement that we face conscious of the importance of the Quality to the ends of the evolution of the job mechanisms.

We have recourse to external consultants to train our staff: both as to Quality control-staff in particular, and to staff assigned to othr stages of the production. In this way the whole production cycle is under constant control and supervision from the acquisition of raw materials to the delivery of the final-product.

For the identification of the packages we have adopted labeling system of type "Odette" and the printing of the bar-code "PDF 417" which contains data of D.D.T.

The working time is of 16 hours per day.

The support provided by external consultants ensures the professional training of the personnel who are responsible for both quality assurance as well as the other stages of the manufacturing cycle.

Our test department with the latest measuring instruments can support and check all production phases in real time, from the raw materials until the delivery of the finished products.

The inspection department makes of advanced equipment and software during the above mentioned operations and also carries out process-capacity and machine capacity stumolds.
